Seasons in Vermont Cooking Class

Join us for an incredible cooking class taught by Lisa Cassell-Arms, author of Seasons in Vermont. In this hands-on course, you will learn how to make a variety of dishes that are focused around Vermont’s seasonal changes.

Our menu consists of: Herbed feta spread with maple sugar cracked pecans, spiced lamb sliders with Tzatziki, and mini apple crisps.
