Guest Chef Dinner Series – Chef Derek Simcik

Join The Lodge at Spruce Peak at the Cottage on Friday, February 15, as they welcome back Chef Derek Simcik, Executive Chef for Scout in the Thompson Hotel in Seattle, WA, as he serves up another one-of-a-kind elevated dining experience.
