Join Cork Wine Bar & Market in Stowe, Vermont, on Thursday, February 7 for the wine dinner of the winter at Cork. This decadent dinner will feature a French fare line up, inspired by the bistro scene of Montreal. Rally a group of friends for this unique dining experience in Stowe. Tickets are $55 per person.
- Lemon (or Dover ) Sole, grilled asparagus, orange, hazelnuts, saffron emulsion, pancetta
- Seafood fettuccine – house made pasta, lobster, mussels, shrimp, scallop, basil, roasted garlic, cream, reggiano
- Short Ribs, currant jam, confit potato, peppercorn butter, almost burnt cream
- Roast Duck, truffle, brandy cherry sauce, brown butter oyster mushrooms, barley
