The Gables Incomparable Breakfast: A leisurely sit-down breakfast with over 20 items to choose from. Served each morning in the dining room or on our enclosed front porch with its beautiful views of the valley and Mt. Mansfield. Served 8-11:45 (until 2pm on Sunday).
Run by a family from Brooklyn, The Bagel makes 19 varieties of bagels from scratch every day and then boils and stone bakes them to perfection. Enjoy 15 kinds of Philly cream cheeses whipped on premises. Breakfast sandwiches served on bagels, bialys, English muffins, breads or wraps. Specialties include LOX or Pork Roll or vegetarian sandwiches. You can find your choice at this locals’ favorite. Lunch includes deli sandwiches, hot sandwiches, soups, chili, salads, Caesar’s, Rueben’s, espressos, and the best in fresh ground coffee. Dine in or take out, The Bagel is open for breakfast and lunch from 6:30am to 4:30pm daily.
