Michael Kloeti, Chef/owner of Michael’s on the Hill Restaurant, has been named Vermont Chef of the Year by the Vermont Hospitality Council. Chef Kloeti was honored because of his contributions within the hospitality industry and the community, and his noteworthy cooking expertise.
Distinctively situated atop the gondola on Mount Mansfield, the Cliff House has spectacular panoramic-view seating with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the surrounding alpine peaks. From our exhibition kitchen, our Chef serves up award-winning regional American cuisine with a rustic Vermont flair. Our commitment to using the freshest seasonal and artisan ingredients can be tasted in every mouth-watering dish and our hand-selected wine list and tantalizing cocktails will complement any meal. Open daily for lunch from 11:00am to 3:00pm when the gondola is in operation.
On select evenings, the Cliff House offers famous “Summit Series” dinners featuring a gondola ride and a candlelit six-course meal. Reservations are required. The Cliff House is also available for business and social events.
