1776 - Presented by the Lamoille County Players

October 2nd-5th and 9th-12th American history blazes to life in this funny, insightful and compelling musical. It's the summer of 1776, and the nation is ready to declare independence . . . if only our founding fathers can agree to do it! "1776" puts a human face on the pages of history! Just in time for our own national elections, "1776" reminds us how we received the right to vote in the first place! Times: Thursday-Saturday, 7pm; Sunday, 2pm

Here's what other's have to say:

Michaels on the Hill "Let me thank you warmly for the excellent meal and service. I would also like to congratulate you for your very cozy restaurant where the ambiance made me feel really at home. This relaxing evening was a highlight during my short stay in your beautiful State and I hope to be able to bring my family along in a future trip" - Raymond Loretan, The Consul General of Switzerland, New York, New York

Trapp Family Lodge "The tent sits on land owned by the von Trapp family, in the middle of a beautiful field looking out in all directions at the Green Mountains. Theres a special sense of peacefulness about the place. That is the first thing everyone notices." - Peter Senge, Society of Organizational Learning

West Branch Sculpture Gallery "Are we in London? Are we in Soho? Fantastic gallery! Inspiring sculpture park! And in Stowe! We'll be back." - Brian Lester, NY, NY
