Run by a family from Brooklyn, The Bagel makes 19 varieties of bagels from scratch every day and then boils and stone bakes them to perfection. Enjoy 15 kinds of Philly cream cheeses whipped on premises. Breakfast sandwiches served on bagels, bialys, English muffins, breads or wraps. Specialties include LOX or Pork Roll or vegetarian sandwiches. You can find your choice at this locals’ favorite. Lunch includes deli sandwiches, hot sandwiches, soups, chili, salads, Caesar’s, Rueben’s, espressos, and the best in fresh ground coffee. Dine in or take out, The Bagel is open for breakfast and lunch from 6:30am to 4:30pm daily.

The Pub menu features, weekly specials, appetizers, soups, salads, burgers, steak, seafood, traditional pub fare and dinner entrees, and delectable desserts.

At the Dutch Pancake Café, we serve over 80 varieties of sweet and hearty Dutch Pancakes: specially prepared, crepe-like pancakes with a variety of ingredients baked in. Pancakes range from apples, cinnamon, and bacon, to chocolate chip with cream, to shredded potato, onion, and cheese. Specials added weekly and may include Lox & Bagel, Breakfast Burrito & more.

The Gables Incomparable Breakfast:  A leisurely sit-down breakfast with over 20 items to choose from.  Served each morning in the dining room or on their enclosed front porch with its beautiful views of the valley and Mt. Mansfield.  Served 8-11:45 (until 2pm on Sunday).

New England Country Breakfast served daily. Featuring Steaks, Seafood and Italian Specialties along with lighter fare items. Children's menu available. Specializing in banquets, parties and reunions. Whether it's a poolside barbecue, small gathering in our Fireside Pub or a Wedding Reception on our spacious dining room, we can accommodate your function needs.

Breakfast served daily from 7-11 AM.  Hearty Vermont breakfasts featuring pancakes, french toast with homemade bread, country eggs and muffins baked fresh each morning. The Colonial Cafe uses only 100% Vermont Maple Syrup.
