The story of one wild night during Prohibition in the 1920s at the Manhattan apartment of Queenie and Burrs, a vaudeville dancer and clown. In a relationship marked by vicious behavior and recklessness, they decide to throw a party to end all parties. As Queenie, Burrs, Kate and Black stir high-strung emotions and jealousy in each other, the evening turns from decadence to debauchery, all highlighted by the infectious contemporary jazz score by Andrew Lippa.
