THE TASTES AND PLEASURES OF SPRING’S BOUNTY IN STOWE VERMONT
Promoting the Vermont Fresh Concept
Stowe, Vermont, home to 40 restaurants is proud to present the Vermont Culinary Classic, a salute to the Vermont bounty of spring and to the culinary arts, June 16-24.
The event commences on June 16 with the Vermont Celebrates Spring’s Bounty Festival held in the Big Top at Spruce Peak at Stowe and featuring a Vermont Bounty Bazaar, live demonstrations by artesianal cheese makers; Pancake Eating Contest, Mystery Food Basket contest, music and kids’ activities, Wild Edibles Seminars and tours, Vermont cookbook signings,and more exciting events that will have both foodies and non-foodies eager to partake and to participate.
Other delectable and inviting events throughout the week around Stowe and throughout Vermont include:
· Vermont Fresh Network Farmers’ Dinner at the Cliff House Restaurant at the top of Mount Mansfield, Vermont’s highest peak
· Chocolate dipping demonstrations
